Essential Criteria – Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Value-Add Lived Values aligned to ours – Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment (CARE) with Integrity and Positivity; Graduate with successful attainment of a relevant University Degree, and willingness to participate in annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to 2030 and beyond; Ability to meet deadlines and plan workload efficiently to meet company and client expectations with excellent time management skills; Capacity to build, develop and nurture positive service provider partnerships and productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Demonstrated high-level, advanced proficiency with MS Excel, MS Project and the assessment of high transaction volumes to assist financial and risk analysis; Direct experience in a disability, employment, community service or equivalent operating environments including successful, cohesive and supportive engagement with operational teams; Evidence of supporting a multi-disciplined environment with high Standards of Care, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Audit and Risk Management; Outstanding internal and external communication and interpersonal skills to aid staff capacity development; Proven excellent prioritisation, time and project management with resilience and calmness when operating in a dynamic environment; Strong self-care and balance commitment, capacity to prioritise workflow in contracted hours.Proactive problem-solving ability to resolve day-to-day operational priorities with sustainable solutions; Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (NPC) clearances.
