We are looking for a Dental Specialist in Oral Surgery The primary purpose of the role of Dental Specialist (Oral Surgeon) is to provide high quality specialist dental services in Oral Surgery at Sydney Dental Hospital as per the Ministry of Health List Management protocols and Specialist Referral Guidelines and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within SLHD Oral Surgery and Oral Health Services as required. The Dental Specialist (Oral Surgeon) will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encourage an academic environment which supports education, research and professional development. The successful applicant will be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as a Dental Specialist in Oral Surgery, with recognised qualifications and or equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Health Employees Dental Officers (State) Award.
