An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Consultant in Learning to join the Learning Business Partnering team based in our Adelaide office. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, covering Parental Leave.What will your typical day look like?As a Senior Consultant in the Learning Business Partnering team, you'll be responsible for delivering agile learning projects aligned to Business Unit learning strategy and priorities. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their learning needs and deliverables. Day to day you will be leading projects and/or work as a part of a project team to design, build and facilitate learning experiences.In addition, a core part of your role will be facilitating programs across Business Units and cohorts, with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences.This role reports to Senior Manager - Learning Business Partnering and is an integral part of the Deloitte Learning team.About the teamAt Deloitte, we believe that people make the workplace.
