We do this through building and maintaining relationships and are there to help customers when they are ready to make their big financial decisions in a way that is convenient for them.About the role The Regional Manager of North Queensland will drive outcomes for our customers and communities through strong strategic leadership and a focus on community engagement activities.They will work with their Branch Managers in expanding the network and scope of our business and working with existing community partners.The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of their Region with a focus on building on the success of others for mutual benefit. The Regional Manager will work closely in partnership with other Regional Managers, the Senior Managers, as well as the State Manager to ensure the long-term success of the State in which they operate.This is a Permanent Full-time position in the North Queensland region, covering Branches as far North as Cassowary Coast, down to the Whitsundays (and those in-between).Travel in regional Queensland is required for this role.Key responsibilities include Establish and deliver on Regional based Business Plan for the Region aligned to the State Strategic Plan.Build and execute an effective strategic plan for your area across multi customer channels.Collaborate with branch leaders to establish an effective sales operating rhythm to achieve set targets and grow business performance.Embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements.About you Proven experience to build a strategic plan for the market.Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations.Proven sales leadership through implementing strategy to drive business.Strong relationship management with ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners.People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance.Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.Experience with successfully leading teams across multiple sites would be desirable.Why us?
