Key Responsibilities Work on high-end single res, hospitality and boutique multi-residential projects Contribute across varying phases and taking projects from inception to completion, working closely with the Directors Deal directly with clients and consultants Drive and undertake documentation from early works design phase through to construction drawing issue and hands-on through contract admin Be hands-on and document varied AutoCAD details to a high-level Skills & Experience Masters Degree in Architecture Current ARBV Registration or working towards it (preferred) Min 8+ years local, post-graduate experience on high-end multi-res projects Ideally project experience from concept to completion, with tested site experience Contract admin experience (favourable) Strong coordination and communication skills Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite Strengths in bespoke detailing with a strong design eye Ability to work proactively and autonomously Ability to mentor others in the team Benefits & Culture Cutting-edge projects Social and dynamic team Cool studio environment - warehouse setting
