DESCRIPTION
Supervisor – Truck Bay
We are looking for a talented Supervisor – Truck Bay to join our team in Leeton, NSW.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Deliver a first-class service to our customers.
* Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 6 technicians and apprentices.
* Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Service/Branch Manager
* Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, quality documents via handwritten forms or business system input screens
* Being a hands-on tools Supervisor from time to time, with minor repairs
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) is preferred.
* Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
* Some experience in a management capacity is ideal.
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Previous experience in a customer facing role.
* Organisational skills and multi-tasking, in a high-pressure environment.

* Monday to Friday shifts with some Saturdays
