Duties
1. Coordinate administrative support duties with a high degree of complexity, guaranteeing tasks are executed effectively in accordance with relevant legislation, procedural guidelines, and client instructions.
2. Supervise a team and provide guidance and support ensuring that administrative services are provided statewide.
3. Develop and implement new guidelines as required to enhance delivery of service; continually review and provide advice on existing procedures.
4. Utilise a high-level formal delegation and discretion to lead the unit and support the operation of the team.
5. Engage in and promote proactive & dynamic client services and relationship building with clients, other business units, colleagues, and stakeholders.
6. Accountable for the development of the technical skills base across the team through the constant provision of training, coaching and performance feedback.
