We are recruiting a Head of Minor Works on behalf of a leading D&C Fit-Out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, retail & medical fitout & roll-out projects. Based in South-East Melbourne.As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and overseeing all aspects of project execution from pre-construction planning to final delivery.This position is to be in charge of the Minor Works Division, which includes projects across all states in Australia. These could be refurbs, new builds, and renovations across health and wellbeing sectors. The minor works projects could range between $20k - $500k in value. You will be responsible for overseeing a turnover per year of $5mil.You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and ensuring project delivery meets timelines and budget requirements.
