This position works alongside the Allied Health administration team answering telephone calls, scheduling outpatient appointments, and administrative tasks for Allied Health at HKH. Where you'll be working Allied Health, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital What you'll be doing The position involves answering and responding to patient/customer telephone calls to make appointments, assisting with queries from the community, registering the patient/client within relevant NSW Health systems, as well as general administration support for Allied Health. The position oversees the coordination of administration tasks across the team and works collaboratively with all Allied Health departments to ensure there is excellent customer service and patient experience.
