Head of PR, Luxury Brands / Senior Account Director Agency: Red Agency Job Description Summary: The SAD begins to assume the majority lead in terms of providing strategic direction to clients and also on certain aspects of business direction (in terms of functional plans) to the MDs/CEO.The SAD will start to become more heavily involved in medium and long-term resource planning across the HSO team, as well as become more responsible for individual HSO team member development.The SAD will also play a key role in driving the business forward through the identification of new business opportunities and proposal/pitch documentation.THE ROLE We're looking for a Head of PR, Luxury Brands / Senior Account Director, Luxury to join our team and help build our growing luxury practice, including some of Australia's most established luxury brands.From automotive, travel and alcohol brands, you'll be the client lead for the luxury portfolio, and be responsible for establishing and growing our clients' brands in their respective fields.Leading some of Australia's biggest sponsorships, talent partnerships and media relations programmes, you'll be a self-starter who loves being out and about and connecting your clients with incredible opportunities.You'll have a passion for the latest luxury trends, know the luxury landscape inside out, and be a close advisor to our clients on how to build their brands.In addition, you'll have strong and established senior media contacts and luxury network.For this role, you will need to demonstrate that you have your finger on the pulse and are up to date on all the latest trends in culture, travel and luxury.You will understand what makes a story great and have amazing media contacts, proven through your experience working within an agency context, or in an in-house role with a significant focus on media relations.In addition, you will have the skills to demonstrate autonomy, judgement, adaptability and responsibility to manage client activities and junior members of the team who help implement them.This position reports to a Client Services Director / Managing Partner.We encourage people from diverse backgrounds, identities, beliefs, age and abilities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to apply for this or any role with us.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be the wow factor for clients, be a proactive and supportive client partner!
