AO7 Principal Project Advisor
Randstad is proud to partner with a Queensland State Government client that is leading a transformative project designed to enhance the local community through the remediation and renewal of key transport infrastructure. Travel to the site will be required (monthly or as required).
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Design Manager to oversee multiple Consultant Design Teams, ensuring innovative and efficient design proposals.
* Scope, lead, and deliver minor projects within the precinct including electrical upgrades, office fit out, CCTV and gate upgrades.
* Assist the project team with day-to-day operations, including communication reviews, consultant coordination, report writing, and financial management.
* Support the preparation of funding submissions and manage contract documentation related to leases, construction, and consultancies.
* Provide ad hoc project support during the appointment of a construction works managing contractor.
* Plan and manage project activities and resources to meet timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards.
* Liaise closely with stakeholders including tenants, consultants, contractors, and the project team.
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, cash flows, and registers.
* Assist in managing tenants and the property management contractor.
Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
