About the Role: Salesforce is a key platform that underpins our CRM strategy and supports some of the programs at Dairy Australia. It enables us to benefit and advance dairy farm businesses and the industry by providing data insights and ensuring our member register is maintained with integrity. In this 12 month fixed term contract you will play an important role as a Salesforce Data Analyst, developing reports on operational performance and supporting our team in identifying how we can improve and strengthen reporting capabilities about the programs and services we provide to dairy farmers. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reports, identify trends, and support data-driven strategies.Key Responsibilities:Enhance reporting capabilities including reporting dashboards in Salesforce to ensure reporting.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.Collaborate with teams across the organisation to develop capability with self-service reporting to improve efficiencies and integrity of data.Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders internally including our leadership team to support reporting requirements for external funding bodies and stakeholders.Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across all reports and analyses and provide insights.Make recommendations to improve data integrity and governance processes that support the broader use of Salesforce for levy data processing, duplication and reporting purposes.Support Salesforce data mining to identify customer experience and service optimisation opportunities.Our ideal candidate:A willingness to learn about dairy farm systems and farm performance management will support your success in this role, as will:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).Experience with data visualization tools (especially Power BI).Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.Excellent communication skills, including influencing skills with the ability to explain data findings in a clear and concise manner.Business Analysis skills.About Dairy Australia:Dairy Australia’s role is to provide services that benefit and advance dairy farm businesses and the industry.
