The key objectives of the Clinical Research Coordinator position are to gather high quality clinical research data and maintain optimum health care to research participants at the standard of practice, in accordance with the National Health Medical and Research Council (NHMRC), Good Clinical Practice Guidelines (GCP) and the International Committee of Harmonisation (ICH).The incumbent will contribute to the research team led by a nominated Principal Investigator, and to develop research expertise through the pursuit of defined projects relevant to a specific defined Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) Service Group.About the Unit:The position sits within the Unit and works with specific research teams to deliver research outcomes in line with a nominated research team's aims. The primary research aims of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service Research Unit are to:Facilitate high quality research.Increase the quality, quantity and profile of research produced by the Townsville HHS.Foster multi-disciplinary research collaboration.Streamline processes for research ethics and governance.Facilitate the development of transparent, research-friendly financial systems and procedures.What's on offer:Generous remuneration package value up to $11,024 p.m. comprising:Salary range of $4138.10 to $4431.10 p.f.
