This will include a comprehensive assessment, which identifies and supports specific treatments for their drug use. Treatment may include, but not limited to, the appointment of a continuous care manager, counselling, pharmacotherapies and/or relapse prevention strategies.Most families referred to SUPPS experience multiple challenges which are complex in nature and will require a holistic multidisciplinary approach. SUPPS aims to provide an assertive flexible model targeting the individual family's goals.
