What you’ll do
* Onboarding Development: Design, implement, and manage new user onboarding processes for Woolworths Group, focusing on new technology adoption.
* Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management framework to smoothly integrate new technologies into Woolworths' IT business.
* Training Program Facilitation: Create and deliver a structured Train the Trainer program to equip trainers with the skills and knowledge to effectively support users.
* User Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to customers and support teams, enabling them to confidently use and troubleshoot new technologies.
* Self-Service Resources: Develop, implement, and manage a Self Help portal to empower end users with readily accessible information and resources.
What you’ll bring
* Technical Support Background: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
* Training and Coaching Expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a Technology Trainer or Technology Coach, showcasing a strong ability to deliver engaging and effective training programs.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely, with a positive and approachable demeanour.
* Change Management Experience: Proven experience in managing change within a technological context, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to guide others through transitions.
* Positive and Approachable Attitude: A helpful and supportive disposition, fostering a positive learning environment and building strong relationships with users.
