What you’ll do
The Everyday Rewards Partnership Tribe services strategic partnerships to expand its everyday needs ecosystem and deliver greater value to members. These strategic partnerships focus on increasing program engagement and ultimately driving spend across the Woolworths Group and their partners.
* Be responsible for executing data driven, direct marketing activities to grow and retain your partner customer base across channels relevant to our customers.
* Collaborate with the partners Marketing and Merchandise teams, Everyday Rewards squad, including creative teams, technology and product teams, to deliver end to end marketing campaigns.
* Develop and coordinate campaign briefs, tasks, timelines, reporting and campaign updates.
* Support teams and stakeholders on queries related to campaigns and platforms.
* Deliver various marketing campaigns to boost engagement and business value.
* Use data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance, focusing on optimisation, engagement, response, and conversion.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
* Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
* Strong communication skills to manage, influence and negotiate with a diverse stakeholder network.
* Competent with technology and comfortable learning new platforms.
* Agile mindset with willingness to learn, innovate and adapt quickly.
* Strong time management, attention to detail, planning & delivery skills in a fast-paced environment.
