environment.About the RoleAs a
Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in engaging
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and medical institutions
to ensure accurate and up-to-date medical communication around the company's specialist medicine portfolio.Your focus will be on coordinating
medical education, gathering insights, and ensuring that scientific representation of the company's products aligns with the latest
clinical research and regulatory guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesKOL & HCP Engagement:
Build strong relationships with
dermatologists, GPs, nurses, and healthcare organisations
to provide scientific education and gather key insights.Scientific Communication & Medical Affairs Support:
Ensure the accurate and effective dissemination of scientific data across
internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory)
and
external stakeholders .Medical Education & Training:
Deliver
high-quality presentations, training programs, and CPD-accredited education
sessions for healthcare professionals.Market & Competitor Insights:
Collect and analyse insights from the field to support
strategic business decisions and product development.Regulatory & Compliance Support:
Ensure all activities align with
Medicines Australia guidelines
and internal company policies.What We're Looking ForPostgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.Previous experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry is essential.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally in dermatology or a related therapeutic area.Strong ability to interpret, analyse, and communicate scientific literature
to diverse audiences.Proven ability to build relationships
with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.Adaptability and agility
to work in a
high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.A dynamic and flexible approach
