This centre is a 75 place service with amazing learning programs for young children to explore and thrive. This is a great opportunity for you to bring in your passion for the Early Years. About You
An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification in the ECT position or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification for the Assistant Manager role
Relevant teachers' registration for the ECT role
Must have minimum 2 years experience as an ECT or in management role for the Assistant Manager position
A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain

The Role
Motivate and lead a team of educators within the service
Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices.
Work with and alongside the Centre Director to manage the daily responsibilities of running and maintaining the service
