The Role:
This is an operational leadership position where you'll take ownership of the team's performance and processes.
You will play a pivotal role in driving the team's success, coordinating prospecting efforts, refining systems, and keeping everything on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing the operations of a high-performing EBU.
* Overseeing prospecting activities and ensuring targets are met.
* Streamlining systems and processes to maximise efficiency and results.
* Providing high-level operational support and acting as the central point of coordination for the team.
* Encouraging accountability and maintaining a focus on team performance.
Requirements:
* Experience in a busy, high-volume real estate sales environment.
* Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence required.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills - you will be steering the team.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

* $100K-$120K PLUS commissions, depending on experience.
