The Opportunity
Are you a seasoned wealth management professional with a passion for delivering personalised financial advice to high-net-worth clients? We are seeking a Director of Wealth to join our Adelaide team. This role is integral to our ongoing expansion, driven by strong organic growth and the addition of new clients through targeted initiatives. You will provide strategic investment advice and other financial services, ensuring long-term success for our clients.
About You
You bring over 10 years of experience in a senior advisory role, with a background in investment strategy development, wealth management execution and leadership for high-net-worth clients. You have a deep understanding of financial markets, possess a client-first mentality, and are skilled in technical aspects such as cash flow modelling, tax-aware portfolio management and investment policy development. You’re someone who values collaboration, enjoys working closely with a team and has the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
You:
* Are an experienced Investment/Client Advisor with a proven track record in a private wealth or family office setting.
* Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Master of Finance, CFA or related field.
* Are a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or hold an equivalent qualification.
* Possess strong business acumen with the ability to develop and support business development opportunities.
* Have expertise in cash flow modelling, tax-aware portfolio management and investment policy development.
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
* Thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive wealth management services, including investment strategy and portfolio management.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial goals and objectives.
* Engage in strategic business development to grow the client base and expand funds under management (FUM).
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
* Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
