With 30+ years in the industry and an outstanding reputation, this manufacturer is seeking an Customer Service/Estimator specialist to join their team.This supplier of residential and commercial building products is looking for someone who can show attention to detail, and they will be provided with ongoing training and a friendly team environment.The successful candidate will begin as an on-hired employee, working 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday.This person will have a view to move into a permanent position after the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period and pre-employment checks.Responsibilities will include: Prepare, liaise, evaluate and deliver quotes from house, unit or apartment plans Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email Submit tenders and build key relationships with clients Investigate and resolve issues within a 48-hour turn around Skills and experience required include: Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail Experience in customer service and administration roles (within the building industry is highly regarded) Computer literate and ability to learn new software Estimating experience is considered advantageous The successful candidate will be rewarded with ongoing support and opportunities for growth.If you are looking for a change, or an opportunity to strengthen your skills, please apply today.Share
