Whatever your role at ANZ, you’ll be building your future, while helping to build ours.Role Type: Permanent Role Location: Level 18/83 Pirie Street Adelaide Work Hours: Full Time What will your day look like?As a Business Banking Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Build sustainable long-term client relationships and grow critical customer portfolios.Provide customers with effective, value-added solutions whilst managing potential risks and applying financial analysis to identify key insights.Collaborate with various teams within the Business Unit and across the wider bank to support your customers’ growth and ongoing success.Role model coaching, underpinned by a deep understanding of individuals' motivations and aspirations to engage and inspire outperformance.Develop a network of contacts and assist in achieving overall business strategies of sourcing new business, maximizing existing business, and increasing effectiveness.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Participation in high volume inbound and structured leads-based outbound calling.Providing high quality customer service to a wide and diverse range of customers in a team-based managed portfolio.Retention and growth of existing customers.Ability to understand customer ambitions and help them realize their business growth and development goals.Contribution to a high performing team culture and environment based on high collaboration and rapid customer solutioning.Meeting assigned performance targets across the balanced scorecard.Engaging with existing small business customers.Management of a team-based customer portfolio.Effective collaboration with Lighthouse & CSO enablement teams.Maintaining deep knowledge of the ANZ product suite to ensure customers are recommended appropriate solutions.You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
