The Inside Sales Representative position provides great opportunity to grow with a well-established, rapidly growing Home Services business. The purpose of this role is to drive sales by providing information and problem-solving solutions to customers, in a professional and friendly manner. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for outbound phone calls, direct sales, lead generation, message delivery, data capture and growing the business by providing top level customer experience and converting conversations into revenue. The Inside Sales Representative will have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Top candidates will be highly consistent and motivated self-starters, genuine, and be a strong active listener.
