We currently have an exciting opportunity to join North Metropolitan Health Service, Facilities Management team in the position of Electrical Project & Power Specialist - this fulltime permanent opportunity is ideal for a highly competent, professional who is career orientated and has worked within a similar role.
You will play a pivotal role in keeping key electrical services operational for several site locations, have a technical understanding of Electrical Power Infrastructure, manage, and implement Quality and Safety, Risk, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Plans. You shall have significant knowledge and experience with High and Low voltage systems within a large complex facility, provide consultation and oversight to HV related projects and can converse within a multidiscipline team and stakeholder environment.

About this role
Reporting to the Area Manager Facilities Assurance and Risk your accountabilities will include:
In accordance with the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Facilities Management (FM) Service Delivery and Operating Plans,
1. Managing the implementation of the NMHS Electrical Management Plans and Facility Management Frameworks.
2. Provide subject matter expert advice in relation to electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
3. Leading, implementing, and maintaining FM adherence to, and assurance with, relevant Acts, Regulations, Standards, Codes, and best practice through the delivery and application of documented risk management, quality assurance and performance improvement plans.
4. Maintains High Voltage (HV) electrical supply and other critical electrical support for infrastructure to ensure continuous operations for NMHS sites.
