As a Secondary Dance Teacher, you will:Possess a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum for Dance; Teach allocated Secondary Dance classes for year 9/10 and an Edge elective; Fulfil the accountabilities, organisational and pastoral expectations and duties as represented in the College Role Statement of Teacher.At FCAC, we recognise that not all learning happens within the classroom, with all teachers participating in our extra-curricular program. Skills and experience requiredDemonstrated experience and teaching qualifications.Hold a current QCT Registration.An ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.An ability to deliver differentiated programs and employ a variety of engaging methods to effectively communicate understanding of concepts to all learners.Well-developed classroom management skills with an expectation of high standards from students.Well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills.Excellent communication, team building and organisational skills.
