This is a pivotal position within Metro to ensure our services run smoothly. The ability to acquire knowledge and understanding of passenger transport operations and procedures including routes, timetables, duties, and service contract compliance; High attention to detail and an ability to present complex data sets clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders; Excellent organisational skills and capacity to coordinate several workflows simultaneously, including the ability to prioritise, plan and work autonomously; Experience in or the ability to attain skills in the production of written documents that are clear, accurate and concise, and consider audience knowledge of the subject matter; Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, collaborate and establish relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation. You Will Need: Relevant tertiary qualifications; Strong desire to develop and implement analytical skills, with an ability to extract, manipulate and interpret data to both fulfil reporting requirements and to provide service planning insights.
