Proper disposal of synthetic turf is crucial to reducing pollution. RE4ORM provides an environmentally friendly solution, significantly reducing the environmental impact of synthetic turf waste.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.Perform tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and durability of mechanical components and systems.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during the development and production phases.Collaborate with engineers to improve existing products and processes.Maintain accurate records of all testing and development activities.Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.Provide technical support to other departments as needed.Understand and manage the capability of separating and recovering the core components of synthetic turf for reuse or on-sale, contributing to RE4ORM’s goals of reducing virgin material consumption, carbon emissions, and synthetic turf pollution.Apply knowledge of mechanical plant construction to support various engineering projects and initiatives.Job Summary:The Mechanical Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other team members.
