This role offers an agile 3,2 working pattern with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. We are crafting the FMCG landscape by being innovative, finding solutions, and working with our customers to help grow their businesses. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key supporting role to our Savoury, Snacks, and Seasonal business worth £47M NSV. This role will give the successful candidate experience with a Top Four Grocery account and strong development opportunities for the future. What will be your key deliverables? Support on Tesco Brand Plans, Promotional planning, and Shopper activation. Ensuring all customer requirements and sales planner admin is completed on time and in full. Customer Portal management. Management of Field Sales planning. Ownership of the sales forecast against business KPI's. Bring your experience. Experience within the FMCG category. Working autonomously and as part of a team towards business set targets. Ability to build positive internal and external relationships cross-functionally. Logical mind and strong eye for detail. High energy and resilience. Desire to learn, develop, and make a difference. Top 4 FMCG experience. Experience of dealing with Tesco as a customer. Experience in Impulse categories. Branded experience (as opposed to Retailer Brand). What will the interview process be? 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences. 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview. pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
