**Job Summary**
Craft the perfect cup of coffee and provide exceptional service as a Head Barista in our dynamic team. Lead a talented team, create memorable experiences for customers, and help elevate our café to new heights.
About the Role
* Train new baristas in proper coffee preparation techniques, customer service, and store policies.
* Assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure the team provides excellent customer service during peak hours.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring the café is always inviting.
* Foster a customer-focused culture by encouraging staff to deliver high-quality service.
* Handle cash registers and ensure accurate transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
* A passion for coffee and being friendly & approachable.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* 3+ years of experience in a café or hospitality environment as a barista preferred.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Understanding of operating and adjusting a coffee machine/grinder as required.
* Knowledge around food handling and safety.
* Great customer service skills and passion for coffee.
