Job Title: Clerical/Administrative Freight Staff Hours of Work: You will be flexible and available for shift work across a 7-day roster.

About the Client Join our client, Australia's largest and oldest airline, renowned for its extensive domestic and international network.
Duties: Customer service, in person, via email and phone Key stake holder engagement, customers, business partners and Commonwealth agents Operating warehouse/freight management systems.
Breakdown freight/Check-in cargo.
Some Manual handling Logistics planning, workflows, and operational control.
Interactions with customers, empathy, and a strong commitment to Customer Service.
Committed to achieve customer service excellence through KPI's and a strong customer focus.
Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Position Requirements: Excellent Computer data base knowledge and a capacity to learn logistic management programs.
Previous exposure to Inventory or freight management systems preferred Working knowledge of Airports (advantageous).
Current Driver's License and have a reliable transportation.
RF Handheld experience.
Able to deal with competing priorities.
Team player with an ability to work under supervision.
Ability to work on a rotating shift 24/7 roster.
Ability to qualify for and hold a Red ASIC - background security check Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, including Drug and Alcohol test.
