We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to work in our development teams in a delivery function aimed to build custom built integrations, web applications or mobile applications within our vast community of solvers.

You'll learn plenty as you develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web application in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you'll solve problems by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
In our Tech Hub team, you'll als:
Develop and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimise performance
Critical Skills, Knowledge, And Experience
Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks.
Proficiency in back-end technologies and databases.
Experience with RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Basic understanding of infrastructure requirements An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions.
Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement.
Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members to deliver results.
Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work.
Ability to successfully collaborate across several teams to drive results.
