Reporting to the Change Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of key change projects within the business. The role also supports the Project Manager in the development & execution of the change management & communication plans.Key Responsibilities:Support the tech team to successfully deliver change programs in line with the project scope, plans & business requirements.Develop and manage the change plan across multi work streams within the strategic program.Design and develop change readiness plans to ascertain the platform for change requirements for the project.Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement change action plans that incorporate successful and opportune feedback.Liaise and report progress status of change effort on a periodic basis.Identify key OD and L&D requirements within the business as a result of the project change requirements.Develop and implement detailed engagement and communication plans while managing engagement activities within the required timeframes & budget.Provide support and coaching to project team and line managers as they help others through transitions.Ensure stakeholders complete specific actions to implement change requirements.Required Skills/Experience:Experience in leading successful change programs, preferably within the technology space.Change management certification (preferred).Superior communication, consultation & negotiation skills with high level ability to network and influence.Ability to deal with ambiguity with good commercial judgement.A high level of interpersonal skills evident in the ability to manage projects, lead work groups and work in a multi-disciplinary team.Looking after you:We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
