We pride ourselves on providing health and human services, our way – supporting our people and community in our commitment to create a flourishing future and lasting legacy for them and their families.ATSICHS Brisbane is a member of the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH).About the roleThe Manager will lead the integration of the Family Wellbeing Team and its services into clear pathways of coordinated support delivered by other ATSICHS programs and services, including: primary health care, specialist mums and bubs services, kindergarten, mental health/ATODS treatment, youth support, and dental and allied health services.DutiesLead and meet program performance as per monthly and quarterly dashboard system.Lead the implementation of staff supports that maintain adherence to the program Model of Care, Human Service Practice Framework, and enhancing staff role clarity.Lead the implementation of management operational processes and non-negotiable tasks.Lead the development of a responsive client ‘customer service’ culture in the team.Lead high-level risk management in statutory child protection cases and lead the engagement with external partners as appropriate.CultureYou will be a part of unique and supportive culture where every team member is treated and valued as an individual.Starting Salary of $113,000 per annum (depending on qualification and experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).Supportive and collaborative team of dedicated professionals.COVID-19 RequirementImmunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine is encouraged.RequiredBachelor qualification in Social Work/Human Services/Psychology/Sociology/Criminology/Counselling or relevant field and/or five (5) years’ experience in relevant human service field e.g. Child Protection, Family Support, Youth Support, Youth Justice, Disability, Housing, Domestic Violence.Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a practitioner or front line position in similar field.Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in managing a team in a Team Leader, Team Coordinator, Manager or similar role and/or in an acting role.Ability to work in a performance driven environment and meet month-to-month program targets.Requirement to travel across Brisbane and Logan and work at multiple locations.Demonstrated experience in overseeing and coordinating case management processes and procedures.Ability to lead, guide and manage people including the implementation of cultural change and change management opportunities.Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model to further improve the service model and practice application of front-line staff.Demonstrated ability to meet targets/performance outcomes.Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.Ability to utilise participative management practices and adopt a supportive, stimulating management style to achieve real and tangible quality outcomes for clients.A willingness to travel across the ATSICHS Brisbane and Logan region of services and work across different sites.Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card).PreferredExperience with PowerBI or similar dashboard target system.How to applyIf this sounds like you, please submit your application by following the links on the recruitment page.
