Tasks Involved:General Assistance - Perform administrative and clerical tasks, support the closure and pack-up of the designated site, carry out tasks as assigned by supervisors or staff.Customer Service - Assist voters from diverse backgrounds and provide high quality customer service in a professional manner. Respond to queries from people, providing instructions relating to formality and assistance.Assistants - Supervise staff, monitor staff compliance, manage and secure materials, handle documents, manage all stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.Duration:Depending on project need, the assignment length may vary, from the day of the event, not exceeding 1 week either side of the event.Key Requirements:Over 18 years of ageAustralian citizen and on the electoral rollCan obtain police checkFor some roles, must be physically fit, able to stand all day, and lift/move boxesWe are looking for candidates with high confidentiality and political neutrality.
