The Role
PHSA is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance; self insurers; NSW workers compensation; Comcare; iCare; CTP; WorkSafe VIC; TAC and WorkCover QLD.
Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments, Case Conferencing with treating health professionals, Work Readiness Preparation and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
Requirements:
* Associate or full membership with ASORC or RCAA
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting preferred
* Have a current driver’s licence and motor vehicle
