The Role
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction activities on-site for civil construction projects. This role involves managing the construction team, ensuring that the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and regulatory standards. The Construction Manager will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
What are we looking for?
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements
* Proven experience in managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management role, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
* Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft office suite
