Due to continued growth, we are seeking a legal assistant to join our float team. The role offers variety and the opportunity to work across all legal workgroups and corporate support teams. Some of your general duties will include:Providing exceptional and proactive administrative support at firm wide levelCovering annual and personal leave for the wider administration teamCovering relief reception as requiredDiary management and meeting coordination with client and key internal and external stakeholdersFile management including opening and closing files and ongoing management of electronic filesGenerally contributing to the smooth running of the teamExperienceYou will ideally have 1-3 years' legal administration experience supporting busy teams and helping to manage competing priorities. You will need to be adaptable and flexible in your role where at times you will be required to work across multiple teams.
