Lead a Team in a Plaintiff Law Firm
We are seeking an experienced personal injury secretary to join our team at {company}, a leading plaintiff law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
Duties:
* Manage all administrative aspects of client files, including liaison with clients, medical professionals, lawyers, and barristers.
* Arrange appointments and manage diaries, ensuring seamless coordination.
* Obtain material in support of cases, including medical, financial, and claim records.
* Coordinate conferences and mediations, producing court documents and preparing briefs for trials.
* Draft correspondence and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a plaintiff personal injury secretary role or abuse law role.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
* Great organisational and prioritisation abilities.
* IT savvy with good technical skills.
