* Enquiry Management: Handling and responding to enquiries via email, phone, and SMS with a high level of professionalism.
* Open Homes & Appointments: Conducting open homes and private buyer appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
* Auction Campaigns: Working closely with the lead agent on exciting auction campaigns.
* Database & Diary Management: Managing data entry, contact information, and scheduling appointments and meetings.
* Vendor Reports: Collating and distributing quality vendor reports and various other reports as needed.
* Market Trends: Staying ahead of market trends and property values.
* Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
