About the Opportunity
* Contact, recruit, and schedule participants for their follow-up assessments, using various communication channels.
* Build and maintain trusting relationships with participants to ensure their continued involvement.
* Support data collection operations, including managing participant flow and following up on assessments and questionnaires.
About You
* Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in recruitment or scheduling.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with participants.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and following established procedures.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
