The Opportunity - About the RoleWe have a rare opportunity for an Asset Manager to join the Logistics Investment Management team in Sydney's WestReporting to the Head of Property Management, you will ensure best practice cluster property management and promote a strong customer centric focus that builds loyalty toward the group's portfolioIn this position you will assume full accountability for the strategic asset direction, financial management and performance of the portfolio.You will be responsible for delivering asset business plans and building high performing asset teamsDaily responsibilities will include:Manage a portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal investment and operational performance, and tenant satisfaction.Oversee day-to-day operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial management.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term asset goals and enhance property value.Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and tenant retention.Coordinate with property management teams to ensure efficient operations, maintenance, and upkeep of all assets in cluster.Participate in target reduction programs regarding energy, water and waste.Proactively identify key property risks and initiate risk mitigation strategies.
