About the Role: Bendigo Health is transitioning its pathology services from a private provider to a public service, incorporating the laboratory, collections and couriers.
The role is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders are engaged, trained and prepared for the process change.
Prior experience working in a public health setting would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: Generating change and communication plans, include key items such as milestones and deliverables; Mapping impact analysis of the proposed change on stakeholders; Developing a risk framework and establishing and monitoring mitigations as it applies to the change process; Ensuring compliance with the change plan and re-establishing such compliance should deviations from the plan be identified; Developing and contributing to relevant training needs; Reporting on status at key milestones through the change process.
Key Selection Criteria: Degree in ICT, health, or business-related field or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience in health care system administration.
Extensive change management experience in large or complex organisations, leading change across systems, process, and people.
Proven ability to develop and deliver stakeholder centric change management and communication plans that align with the existing change management and communication frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to develop, collaborate and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders to implement digital transformation successfully.
Strong analytical and structured critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows.
Experience problem solving with an ability to cut through complexity and to think creatively at a tactical and strategic level with a keen attention to detail.
Be change resilient and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities in a proactive manner.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholders within and external to the organisation.
