The Difference You'll Make We're looking for a Research Operations Analyst to join us - someone who has a love for data, efficiencies and quality control. This role sits within the research team, the core of everything at Ideally. You will be responsible for one of the most critical elements of our business - getting our surveys into field, helping our customers get robust but fast turnaround research projects to turn their gut feel into greatness. By helping optimise this and other processes related to the delivery of research, you are directly contributing to more satisfied customers with speedier project inputs and on time results delivery.
What you'll be doing Survey Operations & Quality Assurance Ensuring market research surveys launch and complete successfully overnight across multiple regions.QA testing surveys before launch to ensure accuracy, logic, and a seamless respondent experience.Troubleshooting and resolving any survey issues to maintain high data quality.Process Improvement & Automation Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate survey operations for efficiency and scalability.Collaborating with the research and tech teams to enhance workflows and improve survey execution processes.Assessing end-to-end research operations for efficiencies, from survey setup to customer interaction.Tracking & Reporting on Key Research Metrics Setting up and maintaining core research and platform metric tracking to identify behavioural patterns and business insights.Developing dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor research performance.Providing data-driven insights to improve research execution.AI-Powered Research Optimisation Using AI prompting and automation to codify research knowledge and enhance efficiency in market research tasks.Exploring AI-driven approaches to optimise question design, data coding, and insights generation.Who You Are We're looking for someone who:
Has strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.Enjoys working with data and process improvement.Is comfortable with data querying or low-code solutions to enhance research workflows.Proactive and enthusiastic about AI to improve research processes.Can work independently but also collaborate effectively across teams.Nice to haves are experience with decipher, XML and SQL, and a good understanding of market research methodologies and key metrics.
