The company is launching their innovative marketplace platform, impacting thousands of users across a collection of businesses with diverse processes. This high-priority project involves migrating off their current platform by 2026 and aligning myriad data sources, all while managing change resistance and formalizing processes. As the Change Manager, you will: Drive User Engagement: Ensure end-users are onboarded, trained, and empowered to use the new platform efficiently. Manage Communications: Be the communication bridge for internal networks, middle management, and external market stakeholders, including insurers and underwriters. Lead Change Efforts: Work alongside the existing Change Manager to address data governance challenges, manage resistance, and implement streamlined processes across the organization. Ensure Delivery: Support business SMEs and MDs to meet the fast-paced timeline and high transaction volumes. Foster Collaboration: Work closely with technology providers and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition. Key Challenges: Managing large volumes of transactional data from various legacy systems and aligning it to the new platform. Addressing change resistance and balancing flexibility with governance in end-user processes. Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of user support and training. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Strong background in IT change management, ideally within financial services, insurance, or SME broking. Experience with marketplace/aggregator systems is a significant advantage. Skills: Proven ability to formalize and implement processes, manage data governance, and lead change in fast-paced environments. Communication: Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, from middle management to external market participants.
