This exciting role will play a pivotal part in driving the financial success of our Jetstar Branded Airlines (JBAs) across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Revenue Accounting, you will represent Finance and Revenue Accounting within our project working group, ensuring the seamless implementation and optimal commercial outcomes of key projects.As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with the project lead, FP&A, and various business units, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition throughout each phase of project implementation.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the business by delivering high-quality financial support, driving efficiency, and meeting strategic goals.You'll haveCPA/CA or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential).Experience in project-based financial environments is highly desirable.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, experience in revenue accounting with the ability to apply them to complex projects.Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional teams, including finance, business units, and project management.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines, including but not limited to gathering business requirements, testing, documentation, accounting validation, business reporting.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.About JetstarThe Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.
