We're searching for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether working independently or collaborating with the team, you'll ensure our systems are accurate and organized, keeping operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level, in-office (non-remote) clerical position with a full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. We offer health benefits, paid leave, and more. Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records using various tools (think Photoshop and Excel!)
* Packing and shipping orders with precision and speed
* Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Organize and stock inventory efficiently
* Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
* Assist with resolving inventory-related issues and maintaining efficient workflows
* Occasional heavy lifting
Requirements:
* A meticulous and reliable individual with a knack for organization
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Adept at using computers and solving basic technical issues
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
* A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* eBay and Amazon listing knowledge a plus

Additional Information:
* This is an in-office position. Therefore, we do not offer remote work.
* Health insurance is provided after a 90-day probation period.
