Dragonfly is hiring for an Operations Support position for its delivery hub in South Granville. This is a full-time position for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What will I do in this position?
Prepare daily reports; Process pending packages and returns; Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center; Contact customers by phone and/or email occasionally; Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners, and operation supervisors; Data entry as needed; Escalate special cases to supervisors; Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.
