It is a permanent 3-day per week role offering a competitive salary with the opportunity of salary packaging up to $18,550 .Key responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming callsScheduling appointmentsInvoicing, billing and receipting paymentsGeneral administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the branch. Skills and experience required include:Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaisonAbility to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracyAdvanced computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, CRM customer database and telephone systemAbility to work cooperatively within a team and independently as requiredProvide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
