Our mission is to provide the highest standard of care and make a real difference in the communities we serve.About The RoleLifeFlight is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at the brand-new state of the art LifeFlight Clive Berghofer Maintenance Centre, based at Archerfield. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), where you’ll deliver excellent customer service and go beyond front desk duties to provide essential administrative and financial support for our engineering operations. The Engineering operations are essential in supporting the emergency services that Queenslanders rely on. All of our aircraft is rotated through the Centre for major inspections and specialised work that cannot be performed at other bases, ensuring that our aeromedical assets are always ready for action.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging front desk operations, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries professionally.Answering and directing calls efficiently, ensuring excellent communication.Ensure a well-organised and fully functional workplace by monitoring office supplies and raising purchase requests as needed.Supporting timesheet processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Assisting with invoice processing and liaising with Accounts Payable.Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring compliance.Providing general administrative support across teams, helping things run smoothly.Step in as needed to backfill the Engineering Senior Administrator, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.About YouAre you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing administration tasks with front desk responsibilities?
