A full-time opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Customer Service team at our foodservice branch located in Launceston. About the Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service over the phone and to external customers in addition to performing other administrative tasks and reports. Duties: Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers Process orders Generate sales and promote products and services on offer Work co-operatively across a busy sales team environment General clerical duties and liaise with other departments Skills and Experience: Valid Driver's Licence Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task Able to work as part of a team and autonomously Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or an allied industry would be an advantage Applicants may be subject to a pre-employment medical If you believe you are the right person to join our business and drive our company's strong belief in customer service, please apply with your cover letter and confidential resume.
